The traveller may transfer the contract to a person who satisfies all the applicable conditions, by giving notice at least seven calendar days before the start of the travel.

The agency may unilaterally modify the contract provided that the changes are insignificant.

At any time before the start of the travel, the traveller may terminate the contract, and the agency may require an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.

The traveller has no right of withdrawal (Art. 97.1.l and 103.l RDL 1/2007), except when the contract is concluded off-premises (14-day period).

The agency may cancel the contract and reimburse all payments without additional compensation if:

• a) The number of participants is less than the specified minimum and notice is given within the established period.
• b) Due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that prevent the performance of the contract, notifying without delay before the start.

AGENCIA TUBUENCAMINO, S.L. shall be liable for the proper performance of the services included in the contract, regardless of whether they are performed by the agency itself or by other service providers.

The agency is obliged to provide appropriate and prompt assistance to the traveller in difficulty (Art. 163.2).

It is the traveller's obligation to communicate any lack of conformity perceived during the performance of the travel (Art. 161.2).

In case of extraordinary circumstances, if it is impossible to ensure the return, the agency shall bear the cost of accommodation for up to 3 nights per traveller.

The traveller shall be entitled to an appropriate price reduction for any period of lack of conformity, and to appropriate compensation for damages.

No compensation shall be due if the lack of conformity is: a) attributable to the traveller, b) attributable to an unforeseeable third party, or c) due to extraordinary circumstances.

The customer may submit a written claim. If it falls within the agency's scope of management, a response will be provided within 15 days. If not, it will be forwarded within 7 days.

Actions arising from the recognised rights shall become time-barred after two years.

If services are denied due to insolvency, travellers may contact this entity or the Tourism Supervisory Bodies of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of RDL 1/2007. You will benefit from all EU rights applying:

• You will receive all essential information before concluding the contract.
• There will always be a trader responsible for the proper performance.
• An emergency telephone number or contact point will be provided.
• You may transfer the package to another person with reasonable notice.
• The price may only be increased if stipulated and never in the last 20 days.
• If the increase exceeds 8%, you may terminate the contract.
• You may terminate without penalty if an essential element is significantly altered.
• In exceptional security circumstances, you may cancel without penalty.
• If significant elements cannot be provided, alternative arrangements at no extra cost will be offered.
• Right to price reduction and compensation for improper performance.
• The organiser must provide assistance in case of difficulty.
• In case of insolvency: reimbursement of payments and repatriation guaranteed.
