Our reservation policy
For the use of this website, you must expressly accept full and unreserved adherence to each and every one of the General Conditions in the version published by Agencia Tu Buen Camino, SL. (hereinafter Tu Buen Camino) at the very moment you access this portal, especially those established on the limitation of liability of both Tu Buen Camino and any provider of tourist or travel services.
You should therefore read the General Terms and Conditions carefully each time you intend to use the website, as they may have changed since the last time you accessed them.
The booking and reservation of any of the trips included in this programme implies the total and unequivocal acceptance of these general booking conditions.
The client will be responsible for the data provided on the bookings form. Tu Buen Camino is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from false or incorrect data entry by the customer.
These general terms and conditions shall be regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, (Official State Gazette 287 of 30 November 2007), and other provisions in effect.
The contractual relationship between the organising agency and the client is regulated by these general terms and conditions and by the technical specifications of the trip, which details its final content.
The client has the obligation to verify the documentation received from the organising Agency, and any questions in this regard must be communicated prior to the start of the trip.
If the client requests a specific trip, different from those proposed on the website, they will be subject to a specific booking and cancellation policy that will be sent by the agency in each particular case.
The Agency has compulsory liability insurance as required by law. All our packages include travel assistance insurance. Cancellation insurance is not included in the price.
All reservations must take place one week prior to the start of the trip as a minimum.
Steps to follow to formalise the reservation
1. Fill in and send the booking form.
2. Payment: Pay 100% of the total amount as payment for the trip.
3. Contract: The booking will not be considered completed until we have received the Travel Contract and the email confirming the booking payment.
4. Reservation confirmation: Once we have received the booking form and corresponding payment, we will send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
5. Sending the route guide: 15 days prior to the start of the booking, TU BUEN CAMINO will send the traveller an e-mail with all the booked services, the accommodation where they will stay and the directions of the route. If booked less than 15 days before the start date of the trip, the route guide will be sent to the traveller by e-mail as far in advance as possible.
Services included and not included
The services included and not included are those specified in the "Route Guide" that will be sent by email to the traveller at least 15 days before the start of the booked route.
Once the email containing the “Route Guide is received, the client is obliged to verify and read in detail all the contents of the travel documentation, as well as the instructions contained therein regarding the services or booked accommodation, paying special attention to the dates, towns and comments that go with each stage.
Any questions or errors identified must be reported to the agency within 48 hours of receipt of the documentation. Regarding bookings made less than 15 days prior to the start date, the traveller must report any errors within 12 hours of receiving the route guide. After these deadlines, Tu Buen Camino will be exempt from any liability.
Documentation
All persons registered for the trip are responsible for having all necessary documentation in order (ID card, passport, visas, health measures, etc.), and it is the client's responsibility to confirm these with the relevant authorities.
In the event that, for lack or inaccuracy of the necessary documentation, the customer is required to cancel or abandon the trip, Tu Buen Camino will apply the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.

Prices
All prices quoted are current, except for typographical errors, until they are amended in writing.
Tu Buen Camino reserves the right to amend the price of any experience or service on a seasonal basis without prior warning.
Bookings made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will be regulated by the following rules and conditions:
100% of the reservation must be paid by credit or debit card before 12:00 noon on the day of confirmation.
If payment is made within the stipulated time, and the agency is unable to confirm the booking, the full amount will be refunded within 12 hours.
In the event that changes to the accommodation or services categories are necessary, the client will be informed of alternatives and will be refunded in the event of being downgraded/the service cannot be carried out, or a supplement will be requested if the category needs to be upgraded/the service needs to be amended.
With regard to the type of room selected, we will guarantee, subject to availability, the type of room that the client has indicated as a priority.
The luggage transfer service between stages will only be provided for those stages outlined in the quotation or travel programme to be completed on foot or by bicycle, never by means of transport such as a vehicle, train, bus or similar.
Whenever the itinerary indicates this type of transfer from one stage or route of the Camino to another, either managed by the Agency or by the client themselves, it will be the responsibility of the client to take their luggage with them to the next point.
Contract amendment
The agency reserves the right to amend/cancel the trip within 5 days after accepting this quote, or, where applicable, completing the purchase of one of the current experiences on our website in the event that the delay in the acceptance of the same or the upcoming departure date requested by the user results in accommodation that does not meet the minimum quality criteria required by Tu Buen Camino not being available.
